Let me suggest that teachers need procedures, but not rigid control. This teacher seems to be too dominant to me.
ReplyDeleteShe does not leave much time for students to express themselves. Students need to stick their necks out, but without focusing on SHAME.
It reminds me of what it is like to FEEL arouond, in the dark, step by step. Before electrification, people had to feel their way around inn the dark, at night. It was not so SHAMEFUL to make mistakes, in the dark. It takes patience, and trial and error...
